Filing Requirements for
Swiss or International Trademark Applications
- The full name, address and nationality of the applicant; or if the applicant is a company its official designation and the full legal address of the headquarter
- A specification of the goods and/or services to be designated in the application
- Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant (no notarisation or legalisation is required)
- 10 trademark specimens
- If the priority of an earlier application is to be claimed the application or publication number, the date on which and the country in or for which the earlier application was filed is required as well as a certified copy of the priority application
- The States in which the mark shall be protected (in case of an International Trademark Application)
